Women in Leadership returns for 2026!

Following on from the success of our 2025 Women in Leadership programme, we are pleased to open up expressions of interest for the 2026 cohort.

The course is designed to:

  • Support you to be brave
  • Encourage healthy self-reflection to inform personal development
  • Help to remove barriers and smash through the glass ceiling
  • Build a new network of professionals

This programme is aimed at current and aspiring leaders, at any stage of their career, and brings together like-minded colleagues in a safe and non-judgemental environment, offering tools to develop leadership skills and strategies that can support them in developing their career and overcoming societal or personal barriers.

Topics Included 

Exploring comfort zones; engaging with research and statistics related to women in work; overcoming individual and group barriers; leading with vulnerability; leadership job application workshop; hearing from leaders about their leadership journeys; exploring leadership values and principles; personal reflection time; and more.

A range of facilitators will lead the programme bringing a wealth of knowledge and different views to this leadership programme. The course will consist of three days delivered over three terms commencing in the Spring term and is open to teaching and support staff across the Trust.

This is a free course and we ask that you seek the support of your Principal before submitting your expression of interest.
